Rainwater). - "This accordion-folded book, which can be turned page by page or displayed as screen, is based on eight selections from Auden's early poems chosen and arranged by the artist, who also designed every aspect of the book. There are eight sugarlift aquatint plates, one for each color used, with white windows for the text providing a stark contrast to the brushed swirls surrounding them. Donna Stein describes the project in the publisher's prospectus: 'For Tuttle, the abstract expressionist nature of imagery is neither decorative nor supports meaning.
